SHEEP IT TOGETHER.
With Nature means with animals. The sheep are the starting point of managing a "closed" farm. I hope I can bring other livestock to my farm in future.
A vineyard keeps you on your toes: pruning, plant treatment, soil cultivation. The sheep (partly) do the mowing for us.
Every living creature helps in the vineyard in its own way. That is why ALL animals are valued at HochKlaus. No insecticides and herbicides, but more manual labour.
